Instructions
"icing" topping
mix all the "icing" sauce ingredients together in a blender, except for the granola. Let it sit aside while you make the oatmeal so it has time to slightly thicken
oatmeal
mix the water, almond milk, cinnamon, vanilla extract and dates in a blender
pour your oats in a small pot with the mixture (not the "icing" topping)
cook oats for 5 minutes or until it reaches your desired consistency
pour the "icing" topping over the oatmeal and top with cinnamon granola.
