Stir together cake mix, oil, applesauce and any additional add-ins (I used vegan chocolate chips).
Once mixed, place spoonfuls of the dough (ice cream scooper sized) on a parchment-lined baking tray. The cookie dough spoonfuls should be placed at least 2 inches apart.
Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Let them cool for a few minutes before enjoying.
