Chewy and sweet cookie perfection! Apple sauce is the perfect egg replacement these cookies are seriously incredible.
You only need 3 ingredients for this recipe but you are welcome to add more if you want additional flavors in your cookies. Preheat your oven to 350 F. Stir together cake mix, oil, applesauce and then any additional add-ins you want. I used vegan chocolate chips. Completely mix to combine.
Once fully mixed, place spoonfuls of the dough, about the size of what you would get from an ice cream scooper, and scoop onto a parchment-lined baking tray. Be mindful to keep the cookie dough spoonfuls at least 2 inches apart so they stay as seperate cooking and don’t bake together as they expand in the oven.
Bake your cookies for 15 minutes in your oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit. After baking, let them cool for a few minutes before enjoying.

- 1 Box Cake Mix I used yellow cake mix (most cake mixes are already egg/dairy free, just check the box to confirm)
- 1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil or any other oil that is not strong tasting
- 1/2 Cup Apple Sauce
- Vegan Chocolate Chips (Optional) or raisins, nuts, etc.
Instructions
