Creamy and fresh dip that takes less than 3 minutes to whip together! Great as a side dip, or add a dallop to your main dish!
This recipe is very quick to make and quick to please. Slice Slice open avocado, discard seed, and scoop out avocado into a blender or food processor. Next, chop up your cilantro. Chop up enough to loosely fill 1 cup. Add to the blender. Lastly, add vegan mayonnaise to your blender/food processor. Now, blend! Blend until it reaches your desired dip-like consistency. If it is still too thick for your preference, add 2 tbsp of water to thin, or until you reach your preferred thickness.

- 4 Ripe Avocados
- 1 Cup Loosely Packed Cilantro, Roughly Chopped
- 1/2 Cup Vegan Mayonnaise
Instructions
- Slice open avocado, discard seed, and scoop out avocado into a blender – I used a nutribullet
- Chop up about a cup of cilantro and add to blender
- Add vegan mayonnaise to blender
- Blend to a dip-like consistency. If you would like the dip to be thinner, add a splash of water until desired consistency is reached. Enjoy!
